❤ Pass the Lemon Curd!
Staying on the lemon theme, Lemon Curd is my new favorite condiment and I know a few that eat it by the spoonful. I love it on french toast (below) and ice cream. For that, I like to heat it in the microwave (be carful!) for no more than 20 seconds before drizzling it over some divine, Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla. My choice, is from Trade Joe's and runs $2.99 a jar. You can also try making your own!
With Japanese green tea cake.
