Cornbread Stuffing with Poached Egg

There are few foods I like more in the world then stuffing. I prefer homemade right out of the bird but in a pinch Stove Top is a pretty decent option. I tried topping it with a poached egg for breakfast one day and it was love at first bite! I sprinkled the egg with some Old Bay seasoning for a little kick.

OOoh good idea! I LOVE Old Bay, being from Maryland, I put it on EVERYTHING!
Just got a chance to check out the new site--LOVE! Amazing but I would expect nothing else. :)
