Just Add Salt

Though it is not far from me, I did not think to tryMorelli's Gourmet Ice Cream till I read about it on the285 Foodies board. They create some very unique flavors using ingredients like bacon, jalapeños and plantains. I tried a killer guava cheesecake gelato that was ridiculously good. However, it was the salted caramel above that won my heart.

Oh I LOVE Morelli's! I used to live a block away and would go all the time. I haven't been since I moved to Decatur but reading this reminds me that it's worth the quick drive. They also have really great crepes.
