Pattern Love
I love prints & pattern! Floral, graphic, vintage, new... beautiful textile design is an art unto itself. It is also one of the things that sets designer and client Lesley Evers apart from the crowd. She designs many of her own fabrics like this heart design featured on her 'Candace' dress from her new resort collection available in November.

I love this chest covered in vintage fabric, photographed by Sean Myers and featured in my favorite magazine, Homes & Antiques. If you have a hard time finding it locally, I did find it offered on Amazon.

This magazine is a great resource for vintage textile sellers, I also found this fun print from MissPrint and am seriously considering ordering it for a chair I plan to reupholster. I love this Monty chair from Nathan Furniture, seeing it on similar scale piece really helps envision it on my own chair.

I also love this cottage style Poppy floral print by Christy Home, another UK based company discovered in their pages. Maybe I am moving in the wrong direction!

Oh and if you love pattern, then like me you might have been among those who got up extra early or helped crash Target's site in pursuit of their coveted Missoni collection. Along with this weekend travel tote (which makes a perfect computer bag for my work) I scored some trays, a vase and various other small pieces. I also found (and ordered) this handbag still available online!

Of course the Queen of pattern has to be Orla Kiely who's retro inspired patterns can be seen covering everything from handbags to cars! While her book Pattern is at the top of my wishlist.
